Why the kitchen matters

It's the room you live in — and the one that sells the house.

A kitchen renovation is the biggest lever most homeowners have — for how the home feels every day, and for what it's worth when you sell. It's also the project with the most moving parts: cabinetry lead times, stone templating, plumbing and electrical, appliances, and the finish work that ties it together.

We've built kitchens across the GTA for first-time renovators, growing families, and investors prepping properties. Every one runs through Jesse personally — one point of contact from the first call to the final walk-through.

Common questions

Kitchen renovation FAQs

Most GTA kitchens run 6 to 10 weeks on site, depending on scope. A same-footprint refresh is on the shorter end; a project involving wall removal, permits, or custom cabinetry (which has its own lead time) runs longer. We give you a milestone timeline before we start, not a vague guess.

Often, yes — it's one of the most common requests. If the wall is load-bearing, we handle the engineering, permits, and beam installation as part of the project. On the on-site walk-through we confirm what's behind the wall before anything is finalized, so the number in your contract accounts for it.

We coordinate the whole build, including cabinetry and stone through the suppliers we've worked with for years. If you've already chosen materials or are working with a designer, we'll build around those selections — either way, one team stays accountable for the result.

Most homeowners do. You'll be without a working kitchen for the bulk of the project, so we'll talk through a temporary setup. We use dust barriers and protect the rest of the house, and we clean the site at the end of every day.

Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, and Milton. If you're just outside that range, reach out — we'll let you know honestly whether we're the right fit.
